Fayetteville Fury announces their home opening date and exciting matchup for the 2023 season

The Fayetteville Fury is pleased to announce their home opening date and their exciting matchup for the 2023 season.
In its second year in action, the Fayetteville Fury is excited to announce their home opener, themed “Defending the Crown,” against the Memphis Americans.
Fayetteville Fury will kick off their home opener on Saturday, February 18th, at the Crown Coliseum with the men’s team defending their 2021-2022 Championship title against the Memphis Americans, contenders at last season’s championship game, and the women’s team looking to improve from their experience in their 2021-2022 season.
The bulk of each team’s 16-game league schedule will be held between February – April, with eight home and eight away contests.
Fayetteville Fury had their first away game this past Wednesday, February 1st, at the Columbus Civic Center against the Columbus Rapids.

ABOUT NATIONAL INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE (NISL): The National Indoor Soccer League was founded in January 2021 by a group of seasoned sports team/league owners with over 50 years of ownership experience. The league features both a Men's & Women's Division, competing in double header game days over a 20-game regular season that takes place between the months of January and April. Current teams include Central FL Crusaders (Orlando), Columbus Rapids (Georgia), Fayetteville Fury, Memphis Americans, and Tampa Bay Strikers, and Rome Gladiators (Georgia - will sit out this season with the goal to resume play for the 2024 season).
