The Fury NXT is thrilled to announce the launch of our High School (HS) program, specifically designed for our local soccer athletes aged 15 to 18. This program is provided at no cost to the players, demonstrating our commitment to inclusivity and talent discovery, regardless of financial circumstances.
Unlike local clubs or academies, our program is uniquely focused on supplementing them, not competing against them. We aim to ensure that every player receives exposure to competitive soccer and those positioned in the development or practice division get the right platform to elevate into our main competitive teams.
Our commitment is to equip our athletes with the knowledge and experiences from professional players who have been through the recruitment process and have played at various college levels.
The initial assessment is happening on August 8th and 9th from 6:30 PM to 8 PM. The program involves a small initial placement cost of $20.
In addition, the Fury NXT HS program offers a mentorship scheme for student-athletes to understand what it takes to be recruited, navigate the NCAA eligibility process, and manage accounts. Furthermore, our program aids students in creating attractive video and photo portfolios to appeal to college recruiters.
Ultimately, our HS program presents options for our athletes to either progress into college or continue their soccer career with the Fury NXT pathway, leading them to the Fury at NISL or other professional leagues.
